Award-Winning Author and Psychologist Delivers What You NEED to Make Your Organization More Successful

Erase communication snafus in four easy steps.

Stoke enthusiasm and motivation

Expand leadership potency through the roving leadership model

Instantly identify attitudes, beliefs, and desires that unintentionally block progress

Discover the critical difference between values and unmet needs–one will drive you forward, the other will drag you down.

Overcome Resistance to Necessary Changes

Even the most motivated people and organizations unconsciously press their foot on the brake while consciously wishing to accelerate. That makes progress herky-jerky instead of what it can be: SMOOTH!

LEARN the five key filters we process information and make decisions. Each filter is either a THRUWAY TO SUCCESS or a ROADBLOCK!

NAVIGATE the four major pathways of transformation. Four simple concepts that allows your organization to make rapid, productive changes that you have decided you need.

Exciting, Innovative, and NEW Ways to Reduce work-home stress!

EXPERIENCE an amazing demonstration that reveals how a simple change in thoughts can either weaken or strengthen your body. Every thought is actually a mission statement. Thoughts affect every cell in your body just as every corporate mission statement affects every member.

UTILIZE the almost-always-overlooked and yet ESSENTIAL ingredient to instant stress reduction. Based upon left-brain/right-brain functioning it works every time because it MUST work. We are built for it to work. But entrenched ways of thinking block access.

When Dr. Coleman was the keynote speaker at “TRANSFORM” in Portland, Maine, conference director Dr. Debra Snyder had this to say:
“Dr. Paul Coleman has the unique ability of delivering deep, soulful, insightful information in a fun, lively and approachable manner. The guests voted him their favorite speaker of our Transform Conference two years in a row. I know I can always count on Dr. Coleman to deliver an engaging professional presentation on a variety of topics related to personal development.”
